Consulting Terms

VGB Networking, a brand of VGB RODRIGUES LTDA (Brazilian registration CNPJ 56.687.992/0001-21), provides tailored business consulting, not traffic sales or guaranteed outcomes.

1. Service and plans

Essential: 1 individual remote call of up to 45 minutes per week; Professional: 2; Strategic: 3. The first call counts toward the purchased weekly allocation and starts the assessment. All include a written summary and prioritized action plan in the first week and guidance summaries in later weeks. Email/WhatsApp support scheduling and clarifications, not unlimited service.

2. Duration, price and billing

Three modes with final BRL prices including applicable taxes: one-time 7-day week (Essential BRL 190.00; Professional BRL 350.00; Strategic BRL 490.00), no renewal; weekly subscription (BRL 170.00; BRL 320.00; BRL 450.00 every 7 days); monthly subscription (BRL 590.00; BRL 1,090.00; BRL 1,590.00 on the same date each month). Service weeks are successive 7-day blocks from activation, and the final partial week of a monthly cycle includes the weekly calls. If a monthly billing date does not exist in a particular month, the last day of that month applies, as shown on the payment page.

3. Purchase

The current form is only an inquiry and does not take card data. Purchase and recurrence require express confirmation of plan, price, currency, schedule and policy before payment on a secure provider-hosted page, when available. There is no free trial or automatic form charge. A service cycle starts upon payment approval; the first call is scheduled on business days after initial information and subject to client availability.

4. Delivery and limits

The written plan is emailed within 5 business days after the first meeting and required information; weekly summaries within 2 business days after that week's last call. Calls are individual, not public livestreams. The client implements their own decisions; profits, revenue, customers and other outcomes are not guaranteed. Legal/financial advice and campaign implementation are excluded.

5. Cancellation and rights

Cancel a subscription without penalty by email or WhatsApp before its next charge; service continues for the paid period. Read our Cancellation and Refund Policy and Delivery page. Mandatory legal rights remain intact.
